Kennel Hotsteps

The owners of Kennel Hotsteps are Ingunn Morseth and Bjørn Granøien. We are married and have three kids together.
We live on a farm(cattlefarm) in Singsås 75 kilometers from Trondheim, the third largest town in Norway. Ingunn works as a teatcher and Bjørn as a carpenter outside the farm.

Our big interest in life have always been animals. For over 20 years dogs has been in our lives. Bjørn got his first dog 14 years old, an English Setter. When Ingunn met Bjørn other breeds as Leonberger and Weimaraner came into the picture. In life we have worked and used the dogs on different things for ex. hunting, showing, tracking and more.

When getting our first Cocker spaniel, Haugbråtens All Incluisive (Dolly), our true love for the breed began. We have totally fallen in love with the breed and its merry temperament. The cocker spaniel have all the things we look for in a dog.

In 2007 our next charming breed came into our lives, an Cavalier King Charles Spaniel called Attis Yasmine Easy To Love( Bambi). This is also a breed who have found its way to our hearts. The cavalier are in many ways very simmular to the cocker, but less work with the coat. Very nice dogs to bring into your home.

Our goal with the breeding, are healthy and beautiful dogs with good temperament. In our small kennel the puppies growes up inside the house, where they get used to kids, other people and dogs.
